Ever since I was little I felt compelled to advocate for others, particularly individuals I felt we’re targeted or treated unfairly. I’ve never really seen myself as an activist. I mean, I’m not making campaign posters and attending rallies… but, just like most of you probably, I want to use my time, energy and platforms to share things I really care about and help others who might not have the opportunity to do the same.

Anyone can advocate for equality and social change by making sure that ALL voices are heard.

So, we decided, we can do that. Here, with what we have. We can entertain AND advocate at the same time. From this idea the NamaSLAY Mag was born.
